Olivia Tata was elected the Student Government Association Vice President for Financial Affairs at Lasell College for the 2018-2019 academic year.

Seventy-eight students were selected to present an original academic research project at Assumption College's 24th Annual Undergraduate Symposium, which was held April 23-24 on the College's Worcester Campus.

Elmira College released its Dean's List for Academic Achievement for the Winter 2018 Term. The Dean's List recognizes students that have a grade point average of 3.6 or higher.

Assumption College's Department of Art, Music and Theatre will present a concert-staged performance of Andrew Lloyd Webber's Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat from April 20-22. The performance, which will feature the College's Chorale and student actors performing lead roles, will be presented in the College's new state-of-the-art 400-seat Jeanne Y. After a disappointing 2016-17 season that saw the Warriors lose 10 of 18 games, the Eastern Connecticut State University men's lacrosse team is looking to reestablish itself as a serious contender in the Little East Conference. Thanks to the return of 16 letter winners from last year, the team is looking to bounce back after only the second losing season in program history.

Loyola University Maryland has announced the members of its fall 2017 Dean's List. In order to qualify for the Dean's List at Loyola, a student must achieve a minimum QPA of at least 3.500 for the term, provided that, in the term they have successfully completed courses totaling a minimum of 15 credits.

A total of 12,594 students enrolled during the 2017 fall semester at The University of Alabama were named to the Dean's List with an academic record of 3.5 or above or the President's List with an academic record of 4.0 (all A's). The UA Dean's and President's lists recognize full-time undergraduate students. The lists do not apply to graduate students or undergraduate students who take less than a full course load.

The criteria for the WPI Dean's List differs from most other universities as WPI does not compute a grade point average (GPA). Instead, WPI defines the Dean's List by the amount of work completed at the A level in courses and projects.

Eastern Connecticut State University recently released the names of full-time students who were named to the Dean's List for the fall 2017 semester.

In honor of their outstanding academic achievement, Emmanuel College has named nearly 700 students to the Dean's List for the Fall 2017 semester. To earn a spot on the Dean's List, Emmanuel students must achieve a grade point average of 3.5 or higher for a 16-credit semester.

To be named to the dean's list, students must have a grade-point average of 3.0 or better and rank in the top 20 percent of their class in their respective college or school.

Select students have been named to the Fall 2017 Dean's List at Roger Williams University in Bristol, R.I. Full-time students who complete 12 or more credits per semester and earn a GPA of 3.4 or higher are placed on the Dean's List that semester.

To qualify for the Dean's List, students must have a semester grade point average of 3.50 or better and must have completed successfully all courses for which they were registered.

Students at Lehigh University attained Dean's List in Fall 2017. This status is granted to students who earned a scholastic average of 3.6 or better while carrying at least 12 hours of regularly graded courses.
